My item is damaged or faulty

Solution

If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within 12 months of purchase, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement product.

It makes it easier to sort out if you retain the paperwork that came with the goods, but if you can't find it don’t worry. Just enclose a brief note explaining the fault, tell us your name, address and email address and we should be able to find your order.

To send your item back to us, please contact our customer service team on 0121 693 2667 if you wish to return an item. Our customer service team will be able to explain the returns process in more detail and provide you with a link to download a pre-paid returns label that you can use to send your item back to us. Securely attach the label to the outside of your parcel - Remember to write your order number on the label in the space provided so that we know who has returned the item to us. If you can, please also include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email. All you need to do then is simply take your item to your nearest Post Box or Post Office.

Our returns service is not a guaranteed service, so we'd strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. If your item is of a high value then we would recommend sending the item back using a traceable service such as Recorded mail or Special Delivery.

These guarantees apply to UK only and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
